Burnt chips and burnt chicken nuggets. Guy on the phone was rude and told me I was lying and that he was busy ???? terrible service from him. He clearly needs to be turn the fryer down or take them out on time! Eventually I got my food not burnt usually really good here but his customer service was horrendous

Last couple of times we’ve tried this takeaway and we’ve been happy, but tonight was a different story. Collected the food and 1 sauce was missing and our GB was dry and without tomato purée. My mixed kebab actually didn’t look appetising unfortunately. The doner meat was in tiny pieces and little on the greasy side. This time unfortunately the food was not to satisfaction and we both ended up leaving most of it. Shame really, as the first two times we tried it we rated it!

I am disgusted I have found a short brown hair in my food I have very light blonde hair and so does my partner I want my money back I will be coming in tomorrow and complaining I have taken photos of it and will take it further if nothing is done about it , this is two nights in a row I have had issues with this takeaway
